Another amazing stay at another Meliá resort. No matter where I go, it’s always an exceptional experience. Meliá Hanoi offered an incredible massage and spa service, and the breakfast buffet had endless fresh options. The lounge provided the perfect ambiance with a flawless mix of drinks. And the staff… “incredible” doesn’t even begin to describe them. Every team member at Meliá Hanoi was kind, hospitable, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Whenever I return to Hanoi, this will be my first choice.
