The staff truly made my stay enjoyable. I visited to celebrate a birthday, but the day came and went without any special acknowledgment from the hotel—no small gesture like a slice of cake or a card, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall experience was still worthy of four stars. A special mention to Trang in the F&B department, who was outstanding and made a real difference to my stay.

one of my favorite hotels

this is now one of my favorite hotels ever. Staff here was wonderful and we loved the package we bought...with club access and a dinner included. The spa was also good. The only thing I might give less than excellent marks on is the Wi-Fi. It worked, but not the greatest ever.

One of the loveliest hotels I have stayed in. the staff here is always for you to help - which was really impressive! the surrounding is also very peaceful and feels like a resort away from the hustle. Breakfast was also superb
