The setting of the hotel is wonderful with easy access to the beach. Our room was wonderful with excellent housekeeping service, the room was in pristine condition every day and we were well looked after. The meals, the choice, quality and range were outstanding with excellent service. All staff were helpful and went out of their way to help us and attend to our needs, they were friendly and professional and made me special vegetarian meals. The atmosphere and ambience were perfect. The front of house staff were also brilliant. A wonderful hotel, a wonderful stay with wonderful service. Highly recommend.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was attentive. The only downside is the location of the hotel as the tide as low most of the day and even when it’s high, the water is shallow in a long distance from the beach. Renting a car is the best option to move around the island.

This will be a long review, but please read it in it's entirety! We choose to come here for our honeymoon and were blown away. Our stay at the Canopy Hilton in Seychelles was the BEST vacation experience we have ever had! The view from the lobby took our breath away as soon as we entered. The facility was luxurious, clean, and modern. Every piece of the property was picture esque. That is in addition to the property being located right on the beautiful beach of mahe island. Now, for the staff. As beautiful as the property is, the staff made the ENTIRE trip for us. Every last person in the facility made us feel like they genuinely cared about us. They were polite, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely good people. At one point in the trip, my wife had an allergic reaction on an excursion and, by the time we returned to the resort, all of the staff were aware of what happened and checking in on us. I, truly, could rant and rave about the staff all day. By the end of the trip, my wife and I were literally in tears because we did not want to leave our "new family". We even promised them we would be back! Very pretty, design-led hotel. We loved the aesthetic, amenities & eco friendly touches (refillable water bottles, etc). Room was beautiful, bed super comfy, great shower, decent wifi (which is not a given in the Seychelles!), lovely terrace & generally very nice room furniture. Nice breakfast and the team are super accommodating (we requested a proper barista coffee rather than the auto machines, it was really hard to find proper non-Nespresso coffee in the Seychelles so we were grateful they were happy to make a proper coffee!). The service was fantastic - every person we encountered were super helpful, kind & friendly. Great location, we think this area is the best to stay on Mahé as you've got proximity to the best beaches & plenty of amenities. Staff at the pool weren't as good. Took forever for someone to come when you pressed the service button, things we asked for never arrived even after multiple requests. Cocktails by the pool weren't good and weirdly you can't order free water by the pool despite the refill system - if you order water you will be charged (which the team did kindly make us aware of before it was too late). You need to go and refill your own water bottles. Minor inconveniences only - would recommend the hotel, thought it was great value for money & glad we decided to stay here rather than somewhere more expensive.

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed at Canopy for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome, especially Elvin, who was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the surprise in our room, beautiful flowers and a delicious cake that made us feel so special. We also loved the dinners; the food was great, and the live music made the evenings feel even more magical. Overall, the experience was amazing, and we’re already looking forward to coming back someday!
