We sit on 15 acres and guesthouse has private driveway and entry. Relocating?
If you are looking to relocate this is a great location to stay while searching for your home. Close to the Woodlands, Conroe, Tomball , and surrounding areas like, Katy, Cypress TX and Chappell Hill. JB (husband) is a broker and we own Best of Texas Properties and can help you with your search to find your dream home!
We sit on 15 private acres with a gated entrance and we are close to 1774 which is great for getting to and from town, searching for homes or enjoying the Renaissance festival in the area and we are close to all the popular wedding venues!
Our horses and animals are just all part of the joy of staying at our guesthouse and the privacy is what we all enjoy the most!
We appreciate NO smoking or intoxication-we love our place and know you will respect it as if you were in your own home:) We do not host weddings or any parties and only those that booked are allowed on property.
IF RULES ARE not obeyed we have the right to ask you to leave. WE LOVE this place and we hope you will respect our property as your own:)
Our place is 2 miles from the town of Magnolia and 3 miles from the Texas Renaissance Festival. We are located less than an hour from Round Top,Chappell Hill and right down the road from The Spring Events Wedding Venue,Magnolia Belles, Texas Blue Bonnet wine trails,Bernhardt Winery, Lone Pint Brewery and 30 min from Lake Conroe.
Horses welcomed! There is a fee just ask us for more details.
