Green retreat with sauna and terrace: authentic mini apartment in Magnano

Welcome to your peaceful retreat in the hills of Biella.
The Gelsomino studio apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible via a covered outdoor staircase: your private space begins right from the first step. The interiors are decorated in natural, light tones, creating an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.
You’ll be welcomed by an open-concept kitchen featuring a table, chairs, a refrigerator, and a kettle—everything you need to truly feel at home. The sleeping area features a double bed and a single bed; the living area also includes a double sofa bed, accommodating up to 5 guests in total. A closet completes the space. The bathroom with a shower is accessible from the private antechamber.
But the true luxury of this apartment is enjoyed outdoors and in privacy: the exclusive terrace is the perfect place to have breakfast in the sun, read in the afternoon, or simply let yourself be enveloped by the view and the silence of nature. For those seeking deep relaxation, for a small additional fee, there is a private sauna—an experience that transforms every stay into a mini wellness retreat.
Our breakfast, served on the terrace during the warmer months, features local organic products.
