Very satisfying stay. Very clean and beautiful facility. Cheerful staff deliver excellent service. Spacious room even for a family of 3 adults. Very spacious and modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast. A La Carte Lunch and in-room dinner were quite good. Food prices are on the expensive side but comparable to that of similar hotels. Basement parking for private cars. All in all, a great experience. Probably the best option in Madurai. Highly recommended.

Our recent stay at Grand GRT was exceptional. Loved the modern design and elegance of the property. Check in was smooth and there was complimentary drink offered. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. The food at the restaurant included wide varieties and everything was delicious.
