Did not stay at this property. No one to let us in. Poor location in Madrid. Neighborhood didn't look too friendly. Would not recommend. Lesson learned. Will not book again.

We actually didn't stay here as when we arrived the place was totally locked up and no one was there. Scaffolding outside looks like the property was under renovation - Soooo... how come we were allowed to book it? - And we had to run around at 10pm trying to find alternative accommodation for 5! Shocking! At least it was 'pay on arrival' - blessing in disguise!

Nunca me imaginé que me estafaran! NO RESERVEN. Es fraude no existe la propiedad. Y me duele que siendo miembro gold y viajo mucho con hoteles.com no me respaldaran mi pago. No recupere mi dinero aún demostrando que no existe y es fraude.

El dia antes fui a llamar para confirmar la reserva y ver donde estaba el hotel y me dijeron que no había habitación que estaba todo lleno, cuando yo tenía mi habitación reservada... le dije que como era posible su tenia mi reserva hecha, la confirmación, el email de confirmación y todo y no fueron capaces de darme ninguna solución y me dijeron que era responsabilidad de ustedes...cuando en realidad es suya por no gestionar bien una pagina asociada a ellos... asi que horrible experiencia con ese hotel... tenía todo reservado en los distintos sitios que iba a ir y tuve que reservar en un hostal deprisa y corriendo costándome el doble la habitación... un horror... deberian de plantearse trabajar con ese tipo de estancias...

FATAL. Me cancelaron la reserva (habiendola YA PAGADO) 24 antes de mi llegada. No me contestaban al telefono, despues de llamar 7 veces. Finalmente me atendieron por whatsapp (por cobardia) y de malas formas me dijeron que se cancelaba la habitacion porque ellos no trabajan con Hotels.com.
