A very handy location for tourist visiting

The accommodation is of high standard and the contactless dealings with check in etc. made it easy. One slight downside was the lack of soundproofing from the road, it sounded like we had a window open. Ear plugs were supplied but not needed as it was quiet at night.

Wonderful!

The room is spacious! The people are nice and easily accessible via text from Sonder app. The location is also great near wonderful museums and restaurants. Still need work on cleaning service availability and access to extra supplies such as towels.

The transportation is easy. Many choices of eating places. The cooking part in the room made me nervous, the alarm starts when you are in the middle of cooking. I experienced it the first day and my last day with the neighboring room, we need to evacuate but no sense of what was going on. Need to change the cooking system.

We had a very enjoyable stay with Sonder Sofia, the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, especially during the national power cut, we were well taken care of. It's very close to metro Embajadores which is a quick tube ride to the Caja Magica if you are going to see the tennis or going to tourist attractions.

It's a human-less experience. There is also no housekeeping. Couldn't find the towels at lobby either. I went into a door that says employees only and good thing there were someone in to give me some towels for my second day.

I really liked everything about this hotel and have told other people about it. I loved how it was set up as a living space with the dishwasher, clothes washer/ dryer, stove, silverware, and all the storage space. Will definitely be staying here next time I come to Madrid.

Clean modern room conveniently located above a grocery store. We were there on Christmas Eve 2024 and having the grocery store below was a life saver. Room has everything you need from a working kitchen to comfortable bedding. The only negative is the half open shower. The glass only extends halfway, like most modern showers these days, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. Noticed black mold in room 401 because of this shower detail already.
