Our stay at New Point Madrid Opera was absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to everything from restaurants and shops to historic sites and public transportation. The service was top-notch. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room itself exceeded our expectations—spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It was modern, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. We arrived very late but that was not a problem because there is 24hr Front Desk Manager who was very helpful. We only stayed one night and this hotel property was perfect for what we needed. Very welcoming reception, very accommodating - twice we left our keys locked in the apartment and the gentlemen at the reception were helpful. Very safe; most conveniently located. Don’t miss breakfast at La Dolce Vita. Most comfortable beds - my back pain was no where to be felt. Very clean.
