Good spot in Madrid

Our stay at DozzZe Madrid Río was enjoyable. Pros: the place is close to public transportation with a bus stop at 1mn of the building bringing you directly to the Royal Palace and Plaza de España and a metro station at a 10mn walk. There is a big park with free parking at lot 200m - be careful because green parking is not free - and several supermarkets at less than 2mn walk. The apartment is easily accessible, secure, clean and with all necessary kitchenware. It is bright, with A/C, lots of storagr and the sofa bed is good. There was plenty of towels and bed linen + shower gel & shampoo in the bathroom. Apartment and building are very well decorated. There is also a utility room with 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and 1 ironing station on the floor; very useful. Cons: we arrived by night so at first the neighbourhood didn’t look safe but in the end it was ok just a bit run down. There is a bit of noise in the evening with people hanging outside but nothing disturbing, it’s a lively area. As there’s no daily cleaning, having a hoover available to all in the utility room would be a plus; the small broom in the apartment is just not very handy. Family of 4, stayed 4 nights. We would book this place again with no issues.

Buena opción para alojarse en Madrid, cerca del palacio Real y catedral, todo muy bien acondicionado dentro de la propiedad en excelente estado, no hay recepción pero la comunicación es excelente, nos resolvieron muy bien. Lo recomiendo

Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet, aber es gab wenig Kochutensilien. Leider hatten wir eine Decke zu wenig, Handtücher/Bettwäsche wiesen teilweise Flecken auf und teilweise waren Gläser nicht richtig sauber im Schrank drin. Aber im allgemeinen war es schön und man hatte WLAN. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und die Bushaltestelle auch. Parkmöglichkeiten sind fast unmöglich, was uns aber zum Glück nicht betroffen hat.
