Fantastic location. Toilet seat was broken. Shower curtain was broken. AC was a trick to work. I knew all this going in and was prepared...you get what you pay for. But the loud, nasty guest next door who partied until 4 a.m. was the killer.

Es un buen lugar para gente joven o gente que viaja sola o en pareja que quieran conocer, bien ubicado en el centro de Madrid, con estacion de metro a una calle. Lo que no me gustó es que el check in se hace 3 calles arriba de donde uno se hospeda, no hay recepción directamente en el lugar y eso suele ser complicado si se llega tarde a la ciudad. El personal en general muy atento, aunque la cantidad de toallas de baño que proporcionan es poca.

EL checking fue lo primero, que lo tienes que hacer en otro lugar. Después, el no habar nadie en el edificio que te pueda ayhudar si necesitas algo, las demás habitaciones las habían ocupado una familia de 15 o 20 personas que estuvieron toda la noche de fiesta, cantando y (FUMANDO) y nadie vino a hacer nada al respecto después de haber llamado por tlfo. Yo creo que 120€ la noche da como mínimo para tener una decencia, así que mi puntuación es un 0,0000. Nunca volveré y lo que es más me estoy planteando salir de esta aplicación porque no hay derecho a que se engañe a la gente de esta forma. Espero que tomen medidas al respecto.

Abgewohntes kleines Zimmer und Bad. Defekte Klimaanlage und Foehn. Fenster zum Hinterhof-Schacht mit extrem lautem Aufzug, der haeufig benutzt wird. Allgemein sehr hellhoerig und laut, viele ruecksichtslose Gaeste. Lage ist gut.

Nice but very noisy

Very good localization and nice reception, but this hotel is unfortunately very acoustic and noisy inside. You hear other rooms, very noisy main entrance door, the corridor, and an old lift which works in a noisy way.

This is a scam. We did not stray at this hotel. In fact, it was NOT hotel but a Hostel in a terrible area. There was no reception desk but a map which was supposed to direct me to the reception across the city. We talked to the police who said that address did not even exist. I DEMAND MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED!!!!!

Horrible experience!!!!

The so called ‘hotel’ was in an horrible neighbourhood. Our taxi driver was afraid for our safety when we got out of the car. It actually wasn’t a ‘hotel’, but a converted apartment building. We arrived after hours and they told us we could not check in because it was too late and that we would have to wait until the next day. Horrible experience. Why is a place like this still listed on Hotels.com???

Very hard sleeping at night. Walls are very thin so you can hear the other guests in their rooms. No shampoo for showering. No toothpaste. I would not come to stay here again.
