A 5 STARS HOTEL but....
This is a small but BEAUTIFUL Hotel with a LOT of AMAZING DETAILS and very good customer service. Unfortunately HALF of the Hotel and amenities were CLOSED. It's ridiculous to CLOSE the rooftop (SKY LOUNGE, the POOL and different terrace because its winter). The weather during the day was in the 67 degrees fahrenheit. WHY would you close all this areas so your clients can't ENJOY them. The Barceló Hotels/Administration/Company should CHANGE that inmediately.
