Very friendly front desk staff, clean rooms. The only reason I didn’t rate it as excellent is b/c breakfast was disappointing. Had to wait quite a while and make multiple trips up to get food b/c they kept running out of different food items.

Our room felt less than cleaned. Dried blood on the comforter, dirty water glasses, and no hand soap. The Hyatt is supposed to be the standard of hotels. This was not the standard. Very disappointed.

We just stayed one night and didn't eat breakfast. Check in was a breeze and the room was great. Thermostat wouldn't go low enough for my taste for sleeping, but that's just a personal preference.
