Very clean and smells refreshing. Their breakfast is really good. Few minutes drive to Masjid Nabawi and other shopping centre. They have good customer. I really enjoy staying in your hotel in Madina. Will definetly rebook next time i come to Madina. Insha Allah

Very respectful staff. The hotel is also a close walk to Masjid An Nabawi with free shuttle bus too if needed and good nearby shopping area with small shops for gifts and food. Good variety of foods in free breakfast

I stayed at Zaha Taiba Hotel during my visit to Madinah, and it was a very comfortable and peaceful experience. The hotel is located about 20 minutes’ walk from Masjid al-Nabawi, but they conveniently offer a free shuttle service to and from the Haram, which makes getting there much easier, especially during prayer times. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything you need — air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and a kettle. Housekeeping was efficient, and the staff were very kind, respectful, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights — a nice variety of fresh and tasty options, both local and international. It was a great way to start the day before heading out. The check-in process was smooth, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby. The hotel atmosphere felt calm and family-friendly, ideal for pilgrims seeking comfort at a reasonable price. Overall, Zaha Taiba Hotel offers great value, good service, and a relaxing stay in the blessed city of Madinah.

This is second time we stayed here everything was very good from staff to overall cleaning of hotel and was very happy to get shuttle bus facilities amazing driver very safe and prompt always welcoming and got us to haram on time and on time to get us to hotel again. Breakfast was very nice too. Will return again

It's modern and clean hotel. In terms of service reception staff need to be more efficient and more responsive towards guest. Loction is about 15-20 minutes walk from Masjid e Nabwi however hotel has shuttle service which stops after 9:30pm.
