The best is a little hard but over all it was great. Staff knocks on the door once a day asking if you need room service which is great. Upon check out staff takes care of your possessions and arranges rides for you which is good.

Great service from the team from the Concierge, Reception to the housekeeping team. Always on hand to assist you. Location was good, steps away from Masjid Al Nabawi. All in all a highly recommended hotel. Would be even better if they offered a few more room items like slippers and coffee but that's no big issue.
