Madinah has only recently opened to non-Muslim travelers. It is a beautiful city and an incredible experience to be able to stay so close to the Prophet's Mosque. My view of the mosque and courtyard from my room was incredible. The hotel itself is very classy. Well-appointed and comfortable rooms. Incredible breakfasts. It was a privilege to stay here.

My stay at The Oberoi, Madina was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the staff made me feel welcome and at home. The hotel’s location is truly unmatched – just steps away from the Prophet’s Mosque – making it not only convenient but also spiritually uplifting. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and luxuriously comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully designed to provide both elegance and peace of mind. The view of the Holy Mosque from the room was breathtaking and truly added to the serenity of my visit. Dining at The Oberoi was another highlight – the variety, freshness, and quality of food exceeded expectations. Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the restaurants offered an excellent selection of international and local cuisine, served with genuine care and attention. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their attentiveness and kindness reflect the true spirit of hospitality. In every way, The Oberoi, Madina, is a blend of luxury, comfort, and spiritual closeness. I want to thank the employees at this hotel for making this stay for me and my mom absolutely perfect. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by two employees that helped us with our Nusuk app. They provided a wheelchair for my mom and one man (I wish I could remember his name ) personally guided us to the entrance of the masjid. I would recommend getting breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel. The food and the customer service is wonderful. May Allah reward all the employees at this hotel for helping us, especially the two gentlemen who helped us immediately upon arrival. We will never forget you and Inshallah we hope to see you again. I highly recommend this hotel because of location, cleanliness and wonderful staff.
