STAY AWAY. My family and I tend to travel internationally regularly from the United States. The room was not what we expected and when we tried to upgrade or change it, the management refused. The management was very rude. One time as we were praying at the mosque, my 13 year old son told them he lost us and if he can get a key to the room and they refused to do so leaving him scared and terrified. We ended up booking a suite at Zamzam hotel and it was amazing all around. I would definitely recommend Zamzam if anyone is looking for a great experience in Medina.

The hotel is new nice condition very near to haram .The receptionist behavior good not exceptional.The room Cleaning staff is not available always .After setting the cleaning bell they didn’t show up .only 1days I got full cleaning service and 1day even half .Overall average.Breakfast is good

A very nice and comfortable place to stay. Good breakfast buffet. Walkable distance to the Haram. It's closest to the gate 310/309. It location is a little further from the women entrance which is through gate 12 and 16 and falls at the other end from the hotel. So walking to get to women entrance inside the masjid takes about 10-15 mins depending on how fast you walk. Otherwise it's a nice location. Mohammad naeem offered us good service in our room

Breakfast should be improved

The room I had was a big size room, not sure if all rooms are as big, comfortable & room service were helpful too. Found check in to be quite time consuming & took too long then what you expect. The only downfall in my opinion was the breakfast, the quality was not good as well as the variety for the price I had paid I would have expected a much better breakfast buffet experience.

The room was spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.
