It was a fabulous experience staying here. The cottages were too good and give you ample of quiet time. The service and hospitality was great (better than The Tamara). The rooms were absolutely clean, lot of complimentary stuffs in the room and free evening coffee at their shop and freshly made good food in restaurant will make you stay here forever.
Have not ordered anything in room, so can't say anything for room service. Would recommend to spend minimum 2 days here.
Our stay at the Ibnii resort was one of our best holidays in India. The entire staff is most courteous especially at the main restaurant, the Fig. Loved their eco friendly concept, so very unique. and paying Rs 100 for every 10 gms of food wastage (donated to a kids charity) - a great initiative! we loved our log cabin and it was right by the lake where we could see the beautiful swans. Very peaceful and the food was great too! We visited the Taj at Coorg (had heard so much about it), but there was utter chaos by their pool! Loud music which was clearly disturbing the other guests. The Ibnii is way better! The only thing lacking in Ibnii was phone network. wifi was available but I think the phone network is a must too in times of emergencies.

A wonderful escape from the city! Many activities to keep you busy, as well as the beautiful nature which is best viewed when relaxed. And above all, a staff that is comprised of some of the most generous any where! Thanks for such a great stay....
My parents stay was extremely good but towards the end manager said they have broken the coffee maker and they had to pay for the kettle which was 1500 rupees and actually it was broken by the housekeeping person but still the manager wasted a lot of check out time and forced them pay for 750 rupees
We paid more than 40k for the three nights stay
The whole stay and experience gets spoilt when the management cries sour for 750 rupees
This is the real difference between branded resorts like Hilton, club Marriott and Accor and the non branded ones
They don’t understand the importance of customer service
