The front desk lady was not up to Hampton Inn standards. It was like I was a bother. Not helpful or friendly. The cleaning staff was kind We left that night. I didn’t feel safe at all. I’d like a refund.

Nice hotel close to the Atrium music venue. Plenty of parking, easy check in. Booked a king, got 2 queens, which was fine for a quick 1 night stay. Clean room and bed, but the shower/tub was worn and needs to be resealed or replaced due to missing grout, black edges. Overall a quiet stay despite a busy weekend.
