Comfortable

Comfortable room, carpet and chair were questionable but the rest of the room was clean. Comfortable bed with clean linens. Parking was kind of weird, all behind the building, with a few spots up front. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Too many stray cats walking around. Ceiling tiles destroyed in lobby area, along with ladders being stored in lobby area. Tv in room didn’t work, but was a simple fix that could have been taken care of if housekeeping staffed reported it. Overall not impressed with stay and don’t see myself staying there again.

Room for improvement

The staff was friendly but the facility needs some love. For the price I paid I was expecting a more well kept facility. Damage in the lobby. Ladders leaned against the wall, exposed insulation, missing ceiling tiles. Hole in the wall in my room. MISSING smoke detector. Gritty sheets. Dirty mirror. I didn't want to touch anything. I skipped a shower to wait until I got home. Toilet was wobbly. Bed was lumpy. Room was damp. Very disappointed. Additionally, no signage on side of building with portico, didn't know I was in the right place because the GPS brought me in the back way from the light in the dark. Parking lot was sketchy after dark. Coffee was cold with breakfast. Needed fruit option.

Comfort Inn always has the perfect soft mattress and pillows for me. I sleep so well on their mattresses that I try to always book a Comfort Inn when I'm traveling. Wendy, the floor over-seer in Warner Robins was always there for me. She had breakfast stocked daily; the breakfast menu consisted of the largest variety that I have experienced. They served a variety of hot items; eggs, meat, grits, waffles (strawberry or plain), oatmeal and biscuits with gravy. There was so much food to choose from. The breakfast sitting area was large. I enjoyed the roomy feeling. So many hotels have a small sitting space for breakfast. Wendy always greeted me with a smile and spoke with me personally. She was always on the floor checking the people, the food, and the overall cleanliness of the area. I appreciated her so much! I have to say, my good experience in the hotel was mostly due to Wendy. Also, Kathryn, a general manager, met me at the counter during check in and helped me take care of various computer transactions. Because of her assistance with some important personal business, I was able to enjoy my grandchildren at the GA National Fair. Thank you, Kathryn! I can't forget to mention the convenience of the location. I needed a knee brace; Walgreens was practically next door and Walmart was across the street. A great big THANK YOU to Comfort Inn staff for making my stay in Warner Robins the best so far.

Some good. Two things bad.

Room was clean and ok. Wi-Fi did not work. Had to connect to Starbucks next door which worked sometimes. Accessible shower was awful. Nothing to keep water from flooding the bathroom. They said they were aware of the problem.

Very pleasant stay. The staff was excellent, very attentive, and gracious. The first room I was assigned was clean and well set, but the HVAC wasn't cooling. I waited sometime before reporting just to see if the unit just needed time to work. Nothing changed. I made the front desk aware of it and the attendant promptly assigned me to another room. Very nice! I still rate this place 5 stars because of how this situation was handled. Great value for the money! I would stay again.

The Place to Stay!

It was very comfortable and plenty amenities. Staff were very nice and accomodating. Location is excellent - an IHop right across the street and many restaurants in the area (we enjoyed O Charley's about 1 mile away)

This hotel is absolutely disgusting we booked for 3 nights they didn’t even give us the room we requested told my husband he didn’t look like he had a disability. I was the one with the disability I have a messed up back . We walked into the room it smelled like cat piss . The garbage bucket was in the middle of the room not even in the bathroom no bag in the garbage bucket . The bed had a huge dip in it . There was hair on the sheets so they didn’t change the sheets . We booked in really late because we were traveling for work . We ended up having to leave we were not even offered another room she said we would get a refund come to find out they kept our money . Stay far away from this hotel it’s disgusting if you like the smell of piss and cockroaches this is the hotel for you .

Check your bed or just stay somewhere else

Upon our arrival, we put our bags in the room then left to go out to eat and look around some. We got back to the room at around 10pm pull back the comforter to find a big wad of hair in the middle of the bed, went in the bath room to find used bars of soap setting on the sink, the cabinet that the fridge was in had bugs in it and was molded bad. Went to the front desk and the guy put us in another room, which for the most part was a lot better, the maid service appears to be just pulling up the covers and going on to the next room, disgusting!! Will be back in the area but not this hotel ever again!!
