Staff was friendly. But, room smelled. Loud due to area and vehicles. Bed was comfortable, but it creaked everytime you moved. Overall rate a 1, not somewhere we would stay again.

The bed was comfortable and no bugs. The pool was out of order and overgrown, weeds were getting out of control outside. The shower floor was patched unprofessionally and painted ( paint was peeling); towel racks were rusty; there was a line of fuzz and dirt around the room at the baseboard.

Walls and ceiling had smear marks across them. I dont know from what. Dead bugs on the bed and in the bathroom. Bugs were able to come in through the door frame because the door did not fit tight in the frame.

We chose Clarion based on Choice Hotel reputation. It is a very poor run down site. We were extremely disappointed. The first room had water on floor and rusty shower pan. The second room's tub was pitted and looked like mold had been in it. Neither of us showered because of the poor condition of the tub. The breakfast bar only had water and coffee to drink. The food didn't look fresh. The hotel entrance had a broken front door, the snack case was empty, and drink refrigerator was empty. There was a sign saying to not operate the waffle maker and micro at the same time.

Very large room and comfy. Check in was easy, friendly and informative. Room was clean. Bed was great! Property is near train trqcks and I did hear trains through the night but it wasn’t disturbing. TV lost signal during strong thunderstorm (right overhead and LOUD!) but not for long. Pet friendly and there’s a nice trail behind the parking lot.

Very nasty. Couldn’t even brush your teeth or shower the water was brown. The bed and walls was nasty very unpleasant.

The property overall was in poor condition. The outside was dirty as well as the outside hallways. The paint was peeling on the outside floors and the debris in the hallways was terrible. The young lady at the counter was very nice and The room was clean and comfortable. I understand this is an old property but it could be much cleaner and attention to detail goes a long way!

Be careful of your booking

This property is represented very poorly. Be careful what you book the clarion portion is a motel with doors on the outside. The pictures show the comfort plus portion of the buildings in the pictures.

We were not impressed. Room smelled of mold, black out curtains were all stained and possible mold. Hotel is in bad need of updating and repair. There were water leaks in adjacent rooms. The garbage truck came at 4am and dropped the bin outside out room. Woke everyone up. Had issue with charges to my credit card. Wont be staying again.
