Rooms were clean and decently kept. Beach front property was very nice, The room we had did not have AC which was not a huge issue as there were fans provided. The pool area could use some updating and cleaning but was a good distraction for the kids.

Everyone was so helpful especially the young man who checked us in. Kids LOVED the Waterpark section. Great view of the lake and bridge from our room. Only downside was there was no breakfast. And a place to grab something quick was hard to find. Would stay again and recommend to friends.
