Hotels with Bars in Machu Picchu

Had a great stay at Rock Rivers. The staff also coordinated with my girlfriend to surprise me with Peruvian wine, cake, and a decorated room for my birthday when we arrived. We arrived very late (around 9p) and were quickly checked in. The rooms are clean and warm. The free breakfast is a great benefit. Had an enjoyable stay here!

Perfect location, nice rooms, sauna/spa was helpful after a lot of hiking Two real complaints First, the room doors were super thin, so we could hear everything going on on our floor and in the town, basically all night long Second, the food on-site wasn't quite what we were hoping for, could have used higher quality burgers and wings (both of which were hyper processed, not fresh at all) Minor point - we agreed to pay extra to check-out late (fine, that's not exactly unfair) But when the property ran out of hot water that morning, and the whole point of late checkout was kind of lost (so we could shower after visiting Machu Picchu), they stuck to their guns and charged us extra. Would have been a good time to refund the extra charge.

Very attentive staff! We loved the delicious breakfast. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location near the bus station was extremely convenient.
