Great location; staff is accommodating and very pleasant. We liked the tea selection in the lobby- nice touch. Everything worked. We could hear the sound of the river when we opened the window- relaxing. Room was clean and the beds were huge! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to see Machu Picchu. They then delivered us our bags in the afternoon to the train station. The breakfast had a very nice variety and everything was delicious.

Great little hotel in Aguas Calientes. Large, attractive rooms. Brand new bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful. The staff are so nice. Cloti met me at the train station and helped me with my luggage back to the hotel. They also kept my stuff safe while I went to Mach Picchu after I checked out. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again.
