Nice hotel. Good location right behind the train station. 2 minute walk from the main road. Perfect for families or anyone else. Comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Laundromat 50 feet away as well.

great experience!

I had an awesome stay at this hotel. the people working were super nice and accommodating (Esmerelda and a man whose name I didn't catch) - they met me at the train station & walked me to the hotel, helped me with the AC when I couldn't figure it out & let me leave my bags after check out when I went to Machu Picchu. the hotel was very reasonable & breakfast was good. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The hotel contacted me to offer to pick us up from the train station when we arrived, which that didn't happen. Once we finally made it to the hotel I told them we were looking for them and the receptionist brushed it off and simple said "We didn't make it because we were short staffed."
