The location was large, but one could clearly perceive the deterioration of the buildings and rooms. There were always cats and bags of garbage by my door. I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the check-in was quick; however, I became disoriented on the premises and found no parking for my car, as the attendant did not escort me to the building. My assessment is: there are better-maintained and superior places available at more competitive prices.

Nice hotel that could have been so much more

We only stayed here for one night, and were greeted by a nice and friendly staff. The hotel is at a beautiful location. However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools, as it's very easy to get a cut on them. There are tons of cats in the area. They are docile and friendly, but there are a lot of them. Be aware if you're allergic or afraid of cats. The room was a bit filthy, and most kitchen utensils were missing. It's a bit sad, because this hotel has a lot of potential, and could be a real gem with a proper renovation. On the bright side it's very affordable.

A Piscina muito boa, mais precisa de mais atenção com relação aos casais adolescentes, onde presenciei alguns ato inadequados para o ambiente, o ar condicionado precisei deixar ligado quase o dia todo para manter fresco estava fraco e o café da manhã muito limitado, onde só tinha salsicha, ovo com creme de leite horrível, calabresa frita, farofa de cuscuz, aipim e batata doce, dois tipo de bolo e pão.

Tive uma péssima experiência, quarto super luxo, a chave da porta não trancava por dentro tive quesolicitar reparo, a piscina exclusiva muito suja completamente imprópria para banho, tive que solicitar limpeza e retirada da água, pia da cozinha entupida tb solicitei reparo. Após estes reparos foi solicitado limpeza do quarto que não ocorreu. Foi bem estressante e so para completar as recepcionista super mal humoradas, parecia que eu estava lá de favor. Péssimo atendimento, definitivamente não recomendo.

O local é típico aquel lugar que já deve ter sido caro mas hoje o baixo valor (300,00/ diária) “justifica o serviço entregue”. Limpeza deixou a desejar Tinha barata no quarto, O almoço pedimos sem ninguém no restaurante (11:40) fomos almoçar 12h50 e vimos demais pratos sairé já nossa frente Quando chegou a comida estava gelada O ar condicionado precisa de manutenção . Em primeiro lugar, não estava claro que o Villas Supreme Hotel fazia parte de um espaço maior e que cada unidade tinha uma gestão separada. Reservamos um hotel e levamos um compartilhamento de espaço. Fiz a reserva de 4 quartos e fomos divididos pelo espaço. Inclusive, meu quarto era o que ficava mais afastado do estacionamento, sem nenhum suporte da equipe para nos ajudar a levar as malas para o quarto. Sobre os quartos, todos estavam em péssima manutenção, maçaneta caindo, paredes sujas, lençois, fronhas e toalhas muito velhas. E com odor de esgoto no entorno do hotel, restaurantes, quartos. É um local com pouquíssimas chances de indicação, infelizmente.

Atendimento péssimo, sem nenhuma flexibilidade da área de reservas. Nada podia ser feito. Pedimos para adicionar uma pessoa ao quarto, mas sem cobrar a multa e não foi possível porque eles não têm controle do sistema, sendo que falei com a hoteis.com e eles informaram que o hotel é que não liberou a multa. Surreal! Preferiram perder o cliente! Nunca mais volto neste hotel e não recomendo para ninguém. Ah a academia estava em reforma em pleno verão! As únicas coisas boas foram, a vista, a localização que era perto do casamento e a recepcionista chamada Laura, que mesmo com todos os empecilhos ainda tentou nos ajudar. Os rapazes do cafe também eram educados. Depois descobrimos que existem vários apartamentos particulares no complexo que tem manutenção, mas o hotel não tem. Lugar lindo, mal aproveitado e mal cuidado.

A estrutura dos quartos necessita de manutenção e mais cuidado. Foi possível perceber falta de conservação, como toalhas de banho manchadas e fronha de travesseiro com mancha amarelada, o que compromete a sensação de higiene. Além disso, a troca de toalhas só era permitida a cada dois dias, o que considero inadequado. Em relação à área externa, a piscina é realmente bonita, porém estava muito suja no dia que entrei, lotada de lodo verde. Segundo outros hóspedes, a piscina já se encontrava nessas condições há alguns dias, o que considero inaceitável. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, com poucas opções disponíveis. O local tem grande potencial e é visualmente muito bonito, mas infelizmente se encontra mal cuidado.

Café da manhã péssimo, pouca variedade, pão velho, as mesmas coisas todos os dias. Quarto estava molhado quando chegamos, verificamos vazamento no banheiro, informamos na recepção a mesma enviou a camareira para secar e ela nada fez pois disse q era vazamento no banheiro. Ficamos três dias e ninguém fez nada , no último dia sugeriram troca de quarto mas já íamos fazer o check out. Quando chegamos o quarto estava com cheiro forte de produto ilícito, a porta que dá acesso a varanda não tem trava , a varada tem uma divisória que dá acesso fácil a outros quartos, ficamos com medo e amarramos a porta da varanda com fio. O restaurante péssimo atendimento, chegamos e estava vazio meu esposo foi até o balcão para pedir a refeição ficamos 40 minutos e nem anotaram o pedido, no fim da tarde pedimos uma porção de batatas valor 35 reais ase havia 50 gramas era muito. Todos os dias a noite pedíamos lanche o pizza e nunca tinha disseram q só no outro dia. Não recomendo a estadia, não voltarei

Péssima experiência. A recepção foi muito fraca. Inicialmente nos colocaram em um quarto cujo banheiro estava completamente inundado. Solicitamos a troca e fomos encaminhados para outro quarto que não tinha lençol na cama, nem toalhas, nem o mínimo necessário para acomodar um hóspede com dignidade. Houve total falta de cuidado e de verificação prévia das condições dos quartos antes da liberação. O café da manhã também foi confuso, de baixa qualidade e com pouquíssimas opções. Não recomendo de forma alguma.

Minha passagem pelo Villas Supreme foi breve, apenas para pernoite após chegar de viagem, mas suficiente para notar pontos que precisam de atenção. O local é visualmente muito bonito e interessante, com uma estrutura que agrada aos olhos. No entanto, a experiência de serviço deixou a desejar. Chegamos de madrugada e fomos informados pelo porteiro que a responsável pela recepção havia faltado. O resultado foi ficarmos sem qualquer orientação básica sobre o hotel e, pior, sem a senha do Wi-Fi. Isso se tornou um problema grave, pois o sinal de celular não pega na área do hotel, nos deixando incomunicáveis. Sobre o quarto, a noite de sono foi tranquila inicialmente, mas o isolamento acústico é fraco: assim que os vizinhos de quarto acordaram, foi impossível continuar dormindo devido ao barulho. Tem potencial, mas precisa profissionalizar o atendimento noturno e melhorar a acústica.
