Não vale a pena! Péssima experiência!

Hotel com uma proposta interessante, mas deixa muito a desejar em vários aspectos. O principal deles é a alimentação. Custo benefício não vale a pena. Comida simples e sem opções para 93 reais por pessoa. Opções de sobremesa nem se fala. Praia ruim e pouco espaço para ficar. Descuido do hotel com o conforto do hóspede é perceptível. Logo no primeiro dia, fezes de animal na praia e ninguém do hotel teve a iniciativa de limpar. Tive que pedir para acionarem a limpeza para virem até a praia para remover as fezes e detalhe com crianças brincando no água. Tive que cancelar antes do final do período e mudei os planos da viagem totalmente. A área da piscina é pequena para o tamanho do hotel. Na verdade parece mais um condomínio que contratou alguém para administrar e que não sabe de nada de hotelaria. Péssima experiência

Reclamação sobre estadia no Resort Ipioca

Gostaria de resumir a minha experiência em uma frase: "Estive em um resort, mas tive a experiência de um hotel mediano." Abaixo, detalho os principais pontos que justificam essa afirmação: * Check-in e recepção: Atendimento ok, sem problemas. * Quarto: Muito bom. Estrutura nova, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Começamos bem a estadia. * Estrutura física e espaço: Realmente impressionantes e tudo muito novo. Porém, alguns detalhes chamam bastante atenção, especialmente para quem está com crianças pequenas: * O parquinho infantil, apesar de contar com piso emborrachado, apresentava problemas de manutenção. Um dos exemplos foi uma lona com a ponta solta, que com o vento forte chicoteava e oferecia risco às crianças. * A fita de slackline estava com a trava no meio do percurso, com os dentes metálicos virados para cima, podendo facilmente causar um acidente. * São detalhes simples, que com uma gestão mais atenta poderiam ser resolvidos rapidamente, em poucas horas. * Jantar: Foi o momento em que a "experiência de resort" começou a ruir. * Na abertura do restaurante, havia desorganização: a disposição dos alimentos não deixava claro o fluxo de atendimento e faltava alguém do hotel para orientar os hóspedes, o que, somado à falta de educação de alguns, gerava um verdadeiro caos. * Quanto à comida, foi decepcionante: arroz duro, alimentos sem tempero, poucas opções de sobremesa e potinhos de um creme de textura

É um bom que precisa melhorar... muito

O hotel tem uma estrutura e serviços de modo geral bons... O playground e o parquinho do espaço família precisa melhorar e muito. O café da manhã no quesito variedade é muito fraco, fraco de verdade. Em Maceió, hotéis com estrutura muito menor que o Ipioca oferece um café de qualidade muito melhor.

Serviços e pessoal muito bem treinados, educados, disponíveis e preparados para servir . Café da manhã impecável, farto e muita variedade, produtos de qualidade. A academia deixou a deseja, poucos equipamentos e quebrados. Sala de jogos também. Piscina limpa, programação e serviço excelentes.. Quantos amplos e confortáveis, pena a quantidade de pernilongos ser muito grande. Voltaremos no período de sol para aproveitar mais as dependências.

EXPECTATIVA média, as fotos nao condizem, eu mesma confundi com o resort que fica na frente, all inclusive, que eu achei até PIOR que este; Espera uma média boa, atende bem uma família, o quarto demorou para ser liberado, após as 15hs, mas na hora de cobrar o check out foram bem "grosseiros".... eu tive maior paciência esperando na piscina sem malas, etc... enfim, é um hotel atrás e longe da praia, mesmo que digam que tem acesso...

O resort é excelente com estrutura maravilhosa, tudo muito novo e aconchegante. O resort fica bem próximo a praia e dá para ir andando por dentro mesmo, mais ou menos 4min de caminhada. Para quem quiser tem dois carrinhos que levam até a praia. Cardápio do resort com preços razoáveis (nem caro e nem barato), mas o esperado para um resort. A noite tem opções de hamburgueria, pizzaria, japonês, pastéis, todos com preços justos. O resort dá direito ao acesso do Beach club Praero (sobre esse, o Praero, abro um parênteses, pois o atendimento não é bom, demora demais e não conseguimos pedir nada para comer, não tinha água de coco, não tinha bebida com gin, entre outras coisas). Vale ficar no Praero apenas pela cadeira na praia. Sobre o resort, o único ponto de observação é sobre as toalhas, tanto do quarto quanto da piscina, que estavam com um mau cheiro de roupa guardada há muito tempo. No mais, vale a estadia. E a praia da frente é uma delícia.

É nossa segunda passagem pelo hotel que é bom a parte dos quartos que são limpos e confortáveis, mas uma pena que outras coisas porém não estavam como vimos a última vez a 2 anos atrás, a comida do restaurante deixou muito a desejar e o bar e restaurante da praia estão encardidos e abandonados, a água da piscina da praia estava muito suja, notamos que acontece que atenção máxima está voltada ao mais novo empreendimento do mesmo grupo construído ao lado de categoria all inclusive, 3 vezes mais o valor da diária e que não é compartilhado com proprietários que possuem cotas como nesse hotel que ficamos, onde muitos são proprietários sendo assim compartilhamos toda área comum, os funcionários são atenciosos e simpáticos a praia que antes era única e exclusivamente desse hotel agora lotada pelo novo empreendimento, estava tudo ok mas longe da nossa primeira experiência…
