The property itself was beautiful. It is decorated to a high standard, good sized room and a great bathroom. It's also perfectly located directly in the centre of Lytham. Getting into the property though was an absolute nightmare. We were supposed to receive details before we arrived with the codes to enter the property but they were not provided. We ended up sat outside for 30 minutes calling the emergency number that just went to a voicemail. Eventually we managed to get hold of someone who was at the property who was really helpful. I would absolutely stay again but I'd make sure I had the codes before we arrived.
