To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we kindly ask that guests adhere to the following guidelines:
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM to allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the studio for the next guest.
Parking: Free on-site parking is provided. When you arrive, look for the dedicated "Guest Parking" sign located right out front to easily find your spot.
Maximum Occupancy: Strictly up to 2 guests maximum. Ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet getaway.
No Pets: To keep the space pristine and allergen-free for all guests, we enforce a strict no-pets policy.
No Smoking: Strictly no smoking or vaping is permitted inside the studio or on the private deck. Smoking is allowed in the designated parking area only.
