3 minutes away from metro A and B (Charpennes station), this lovely 43 m² apartment is situated in a secured typical building.

Its nice and fresh decoration, both modern and from bric a brac creates an authentic and lovely atmosphere.

You will enjoy a bright living room with an HD TV, a decorative fireplace and o 1 person 110x190 sofa bed, and a dining table too. There is also a lovely brand new fully equipped open kitchen.

There is also a calm and relaxing bedroom with a 140x190 bed, and a modern bathroom with a lerge shower and a washing machine.
The view over the city is really nice and you will enjoy the sun anytime due to the most elevated floor of the building (5th floor without evelator).

Free fiber WIFI provided. We provide you too with convenience products (rice, pasta, coffee, tea...). Sheets and linen are included.

The access to the apartment is 100% independant and secured thanks to a safe keybox with a personal code. Checkin is from 3PM and checkout at 11AM maximum.

Beautiful apartment! Five flights of stairs!

This apartment is clean, well maintained, comfortable and charming. The kitchen is very well supplied with dish ware and cookware. It is quiet and felt safe, though the 4 locks on the door gave me pause. The linens and bed were comfortable, and the towels were thick and nice. The pillows are a little flat for some people. No shower curtain like most places, so the floor gets a little wet. A drying rack for laundry would be nice as there is a washing machine. It is close to transit options and restaurants are not far. There is a natural grocery a block away as well as a pharmacy across the street. If you can handle the many stairs, it is definitely a great place to stay!

Appartement sympathique et sécurisé.En revanche une attention peut-être un peu plus prêtée sur le nettoyage du four car il est assez sale, la couette blanche en plus qui a une tâche dessus, le changement des piles d'une télécommande et aussi le rajout de couverts (vraiment très peu à disposition)
