The shower is dangerous, there was no mat on the floor and it was do slippery we nearly fell. We used a hand towel on the shower floor. There were 2 partial rolls of bathroom tissue, no facial tissue, and no facecloths/ washcloths.

This is a good property with excellent accomodations. Great view from the room, clean bathroom, good beds. The area where it is located, however, is not great. It is far from the old town and the main touristic attractions, and it looks a bit like taken from the Blade Runner movies (= futuristic dystopia). The area has a whiff of La Defense in Paris, which is not exactly a praise in my view. Parking is free, but access to it from the hotel is inconvenient. Overall, I was fine and slept well, but it would have been a bit unpleasant for a long stay.

Cleaners were very poor.

The cleaners took our dirty clothes bag from the room and threw it away. Also they didnt refil the shower gel for all 5 days. Pretty bad service. 9am in the morning you can hear the cleaners shouting to each other in the coridoor. Not happy and not resolved by the team. The reception staff were ok

If you value for safety and belongings DO NOT stay at this hotel. I had a pair of brand new sunglasses stolen inside this hotel, from my suitcase. It was either at reception or someone entered my room when I was out. When I went to report this they told me they would check cameras and key logs. They have checked them already but claim nobody entered my room. The person in charge also mentioned twice, that maybe another guest or person could have entered my room to steal them. This raises all sorts of alarms about the safety of this hotel. If anyone, not just hotel staff, could just enter the room, then how could I feel safe leaving to sightsee? The most they could compensate me with was points for a free night stay, but I wouldn't stay again. (The glasses were €370) I wanted to file a police report and they told me I had to go directly to the office. They knew this because there had been a robbery of a bag on the restaurant earlier. Apparently they have frequent issues with their air condition, we had to change rooms once because the first room we got, the AC wasn't working. We then had to change rooms one more time because the second room had a very foul smell (something between humidity and vinegar). The third room also smelled kind of weird but it was tolerable. The shower doesn't have a door so the water spills out easily. The pillows were good, firm and the sheets felt nice as well. Most of the staff is kind, welcoming and helpful.

Best view I have ever had at a hotel in my life. Staff was nice. The room service came within 20 minutes and it was really good. Convenient tram right at the front of the building. Only 10 minutes to vieux Lyon.
