Access for passengers Travelers will have access to all housing. It is forbidden to receive people not on the reservation. You can contact me by mail or phone. the neighborhood Tonkin, or Charpennes Tonkin is a district of the city of Villeurbanne, essentially consisting of office buildings and homes. Tonkin district is semi pedestrian slab.
