New hotel I was impressed with what was offered, its great location to shops, restaurants, public transport and sights. Train station approx 15 min walk. Great hairdressing salon across the road Glance Coiffure amazing lady. Onsite laundry washer & dryer - very easy to use Hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating Would stay again on next visit

The fire alarm went off my first two days in the early hours waking me up twice and again on my last day. There wasn’t any help or support for this and was very disruptive as well as hindering my ability to relax and sleep. Otherwise a good stay, but this has deterred me from coming back. I would avoid until this is fixed.

Staff very helpful and the area was great. I am sure I am not the first to say this, but the problem with the fire alarm going on every night we were there was incredibly frustrating. I sincerely hope it has been solved since.

What a fantastic hotel. It is a bit out of the center of Lyon but easy to navigate using the public transport. It takes less than 10mins to get to the centre Really helpful staff Great room. Very quiet. I would definitely come back here and recommend to other people. Great breakfast.

Tudo maravilhoso, exceto que a funcionária da limpeza, entrou no meu quarto e eu estava dormindo. Depois ela não limpou e disse que eu havia colocado o pedido de não importunar. No dia seguinte esqueceu de colocar o sabão no box. Ficamos dois fias usando um sabonete que por sorte eu havia deixado ba mala.
