An architect's house in the heart of the village with its shops, restaurants and its castle. You will appreciate the calm of the neighborhood by taking advantage of the covered terrace or the outdoor sofa corner in the sun for a coffee. The T2 tram 150m from the house takes you to Lyon. The proximity to the motorway allows you to quickly reach the airport. You are also 5 minutes from the Saint Priest technology park and 7 minutes from the Eurexpo park. 50 m2 living room to enjoy with friends. Exclusive: We are equipped with wireless headsets translating 36 languages live to facilitate our exchanges with our foreign travelers in order to establish a more elaborate conversation than the simple instructions and greetings of use in English or French. You will have access to the whole house only the garage remains private for storage. You are in the heart of the village of Saint Priest to take advantage of the proximity of the shops, what a joy to go and get bread on foot in the morning in 3 min chrono go back. you are 200m from the T2 Alfred de Vigny tram stop which takes you directly to Lyon Thank you for taking care of the house as if you were staying with friends. We will ask you for a deposit of 70 € for cleaning on the day of entry which will be returned to you at check-out if you make it yourself or can be used for the service.
