Wave View is a spacious three bedroom luxury holiday apartment located in the coastal village of Lynmouth in North Devon. The dog friendly, first floor apartment, which sleeps up to six boasts stunning sea views over Lynmouth harbour and Watersmeet Valley. Recently refurbished to a high standard, this retreat offers a relaxing escape for those looking to explore North Devon and beyond.
The open-plan living area is light and airy. There is a well-equipped kitchen fitted with a central island complete with an electric hob; other appliances in the kitchen include a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a coffee machine. The dining area with large table to seat six sits alongside the lounge with its comfy sofa, wood burning stove and smart TV. The open plan living area features large bay windows and direct access to a balcony with views over the harbour and sea beyond.
There are three en-suite bedrooms at Wave View. The first is a large bedroom with zip and link beds allowing it to be either a double or a twin, this bedroom's en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower overhead. The second bedroom is a good sized double with en-suite shower room. The final bedroom again features zip and link beds providing the flexibility of either a king size double or two single beds, the en-suite bathroom for this bedroom has a shower.
Each apartment has its own designated car parking space and guests can enjoy access to communal areas, there is also a pathway leading from the apartment building to Lynmouth where visitors will discover a wide range of pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as some shops.
At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including; Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience. Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge. Housekeeping – general cleaning, linen change, bags of logs/kindling, prepare the fire. Flowers – Large to small bouquets of flowers from our local florist Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area. Hampers – Breakfast or Walking hampers, prepared locally. Extras – Pet biscuits, poo bags and walking maps. EV charger. Train transfer. Mini-bus hire. Adventures – Our local connections means that we can organise discounted trips, Exmoor trails, water-sports and many more, just ask the team. Classes - currently we are able to offer yoga classes.

Spacious, comfortable appartment with an incredible view & excellent location to explore north devon, walks from the property were in beautiful scenery. For the price there could be improvements made to add useful furniture in rooms, more privacy blinds and working lights in the path to town within the grounds. If these were addressed we would be very happy to stay again.
