This hotel was excellent. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The service was wonderful, every staff person we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Addy and Nick.

Television was not working. Notified front desk. Was informed system was down. We left the next day, television still didn’t work. The Toilet was running water all night. We notified front desk was told someone will yell maintenance the next day. No one came to check or solve the problems. We really couldn’t sleep due to the toilet making noise. Very dissatisfied.

The only good thing used to be the breakfast. That’s also screwed. No orange juice, no juices at all, no yoghurt, cereals are too sugary kind like fruit loops , very ordinary rooms and breakfast. Will avoid next time.
