Serious need of updating. Hasn't changed in 40 yrs! Water stains on ceiling. Rust on lamps. Old phones and furnishings. Coffee in room but no coffee pot. Smells old.

We had a great stay in Alex Bay. Check in was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very accomodating and helpful. Our first visit to Bonnie Castle Resort and we will be returning again! Thanks for a nice relaxing time.

Although this is a vintage facility, it is obvious that upkeep is a high priority and rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a little outdated ,we were on 3 rd floor no elevator! The Restaurant I would not recommend. Need organization. Bar tender amazing, our server, train her. We were handed menu and told to seat ourselves, The wait for everything was long. Never came back to check. Asked for dressing never came. It was not a pleasant experience. My Scampi was buttery no flavor Restaurants in town so much better. The staff at the hotel itself are amazing.
