Pros: - located in the heart of downtown. - does have 2 bedrooms with king-queen size beds + a comfy queen size sleeper sofa .... and that’s pretty much it. Cons: - communication is terrible - takes them forever to answer messages through Expedia. Phone communication was not much better - early check-in request was a time-sensitive issue. They were taking their time to respond- our check-in was as inconvenient as one can imagine. - apartment faces Square Rynok - forget about getting any night sleep in summer. You can’t close the window (which would help), cause there’s no AC or fan. - apartment is so far from ‘sparkling clean’ that I don’t know where to start(. But the most horrific area if bathroom - shower cabin is covered with mold, all parts come off, the entire cabin is wobbly. Water goes from hot boiling to freezing cold in 10 seconds and then back again - impossible to take a shower - ‘small touches’ such as free bottled water and toiletries were not located Overall very poor experience. I love Lviv and haven’t been there in a while. Wanted to show it to my young kids, my parents were also with us. We had to deal with a lot of inconveniences which was very upsetting. I DO NOT recommend this place

We don't recommend this place

We rented the apartment from the main area, but it’s wasn’t what we expect. The apartment was located in a vague alley instead of the main area and the place did not correspond to what was presented on the website. We asked for a cancellation for a reservation, but they did not accept it. They just smile us, just like it was fun for them. So we have to booked another place to stay. We have reported this to a local police station.
