The room is spacious and the deco in the room makes a statement of quality. All staffs were ever so friendly. The swimming pool is so beautiful and water temperature was maintained perfectly at 28 degrees. The view from the bank of the pool over river Nile was stunning. The breakfast was full of choices of quality food. Restaurants serve tasty foods. The only point which could be better is that the sauna and steam room is not free for guests, these however may have been reflected in the good price. Overall, 5 stars!

I had an amazing stay at Steigenberger Nile Palace Hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views of the Nile. The staff especially Mahmoud and Ahmed went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and the breakfast options were abundant fresh and delicious. The staff were super friendly immediately upon arrival, very accommodating, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and right on the Nile! Thoroughly enjoyed eating breakfast sitting by the Nile watching all the boats and Nile cruises go by. On days of early excursions, the hotel also arranges a breakfast bag for you including pastries, bread, fruit, yoghurt, cheese and juice! The laundry service is super efficient, 2 full bags of laundry both returned within a few hours and only cost £30! Highly recommend this to anyone coming to stay in Luxor and would definitely love to return one day.

This was such a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and nice, the hotel itself was a very clean with a lovely pool area and bar service. The Italian restaurant was fantastic! They had entertainment in the form of a violinist in the courtyard and she was fantastic, great way to pass and evening. It's a very charming property and I would love to stay again. Location was also great, very central and easy to get around Luxor. Staff were incredibly attentive and nothing was too much trouble. 10/10 recommend

As always our stay at this hotel was extremely enjoyable. Staff are excellent, very helpful and efficient, but also very friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, with rooms overlooking the Nile, Valley of the Kings and much more.Several restaurants of different kinds, along with several other relaxed areas where food is served give excellent choices of food.Excellent pool and garden area overlooking the Nile which is well maintained and kept extremely clean. An excellent all round choice of hotel.

Overall it’s a lovely resort. The food is fantastic with plenty of different options, including à la carte restaurants, although they can be a little tricky to book. There are lots of different pools so if you want to avoid children you can sit by the adult pool. The staff and service were both excellent, everywhere around the resort. The only two things that let the resort down are that it’s a fair way from the town itself, so if you want to dive, like us, it’s a 30 min transfer. Secondly, sadly there is a very loud and rowdy resort next door which plays loud night club type music pretty much al day until about 11pm. It’s a real shame otherwise the Steigenberger would be a lovely peaceful resort. Overall we had a lovely week, all be it with ear plugs to get to sleep.

Excellent sunset and pool view from our balcony. The rooms were modern and Thai restaurant was excellent. Although the help desk can do with better taxi arrangements but overall we enjoyed our stay in Luxor.

The hotel has shops and restaurants within the hotel with a good variety of choices. The service was very good too. The only weird thing was that I could not pay the room via credit card at the reception but through a link they sent me from the reception. I was told that they do not accept card and cash payments. When I checked out I paid the room services and dinner with the credit card as usual. I don’t know why the room no and all the rest yes. Nothing outrageous but I found it a bit weird (never happened to me even though I travel a lot)
