Our stay was absolutely incredible and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel truly cared for. There was a small communication issue at arrival due to a transportation delay, but once we connected with the team, everything was handled quickly and professionally. Carlos and Suzuki were exceptionally attentive, and the entire crew was warm, kind, and genuinely wonderful throughout our stay. The boat itself is stunning—beautiful, elegant, extremely comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything you need. We loved every moment onboard and would absolutely love to come back. The food was outstanding—honestly some of the best meals we have ever had. Every dish was delicious and beautifully prepared. The entertainment was also lovely and added so much to the overall experience. A huge thank you to the entire team for all their care, attention, and exceptional service, including the airport transfer and assistance throughout the journey. This was truly a memorable experience and one we will never forget.
