Property nice and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. The area around is rough. Many homeless, drug addicted and as you walk out of the elevator from the parking lot, stinks badly and junkies all over the place. But it’s very close to the nice part of town.

I had a standard superior room for one; it was quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable and there was a lot of natural light. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is very well situated for public transport - a five minilute walk from the tram (all public transport is free in Luxembourg). My only quibble was the lack of bacon at breakfast - but I think that's my issue haha!

To no fault of the hotel, there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel. The staff was great.

The individual, a gentleman with a deep french accent and glasses was not customer friendly. Very cryptic in his responses and did not volunteer any information. We felt like we were bothering him and he was too busy to help us. This applied both to check in and check out. Most specifically as an example, we had to ask for details to utilize the parking garage, which was a fairly complex process. He did not volunteer this information to us even though we paid for parking. The other front desk attendants were very good.
