Pleasant property but not as described at the time of booking

At the time of booking the property was listed as 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 10. On arrival it had 3 bedrooms, 1bathroom & a downstairs toilet. It would sleep 5 with the double bed shared. The owner did try & make amends by coming round & putting an extra bed up in the lounge but with cameras (don’t know if working) in the lounge & on the landing this was a little disconcerting. He also gave a small refund. There was a lack of cutlery & glasses. Out of date food was left in the fridge. The house was clean and pleasant & well located for Luton airport & 25mins from Harry Potter.
Stayed 1 night in Nov 2024
