150 metres from the Sant'Ambrioggio beach, you will have direct access to the sea, ideal for a family or friends stay.
You will also find the marina and its shops 500 metres away.
The surface of the villa is 200 m2 and consists of 2 levels:
On the Ground Floor:
- 1 living room with fireplace.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, cooking hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher.
- 1 master suite with a 160x200cm bed including a bathroom with a shower, a whirlpool bath and a toilet.
