The kitchen and living room are seamlessly integrated into the same open space, creating an efficient and welcoming environment. A shower and WC complete the bathroom facilities. Direct access from the interior leads to a small roofed terrace with a north-facing and west-facing position, furnished with balcony furniture and offering views of both the sea and the garden.
