The desk agent says that they dont honor requests made on 3rd party booking sites. I am not sure why it is so hard to put 2 rooms on the same reservation next door and not half a building away. Doors dont seal well, people smoking outside of the next door room can smell it in the room. Water does not get hot. Floors not cleaned well.

They surprised me with a pet charge and a deposit so I wasn't expecting either one of those. The room is so gross and dirty I'm not even going to sleep under the blanket. There's cigarette butts everywhere outside and people hanging out. This place is a complete dump

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Bugs crawling on the sheets, stains, hair, dirt and grime everywhere. Empty food packages from the previous guest were still in the room. This place not a place i would ever stay again. The fellow at the desk to check in, was rude and non communicative. The room reeked of the smell of cigarette smoke, so much so that i left with a sore throat. The bed was comfortable however there were red stains on the covers. I don't think the stains were blood. At check.out, same guy as night before. Again rude and when i asked for a receipt he told me to get ut from experian. I said i got a receipt at another hotel with no problem. He sighed and produced a receipt. No thank you or hope you enjiyed your stay. Rate this one a negative 10

Absolutely Disgusting – Do Not Stay Here! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We booked a non-smoking room, but the second we walked in, it reeked of smoke. There were stains everywhere, the floor was sticky, and there was even a burn hole in the sheets. To make things even worse, the smoke detector had been ripped out—a clear safety hazard. When we asked to change rooms, the staff flat-out refused, saying it was the only non-smoking room available. It was 1:30 AM, so we were basically stuck. Then, we realized the pillows had no pillowcases, and when we asked for some, it took 40 minutes to get them. One of them even had a blood stain on it—absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs.

The Bathroom was moldy all over, the ceiling leaked when the people upstairs took a shower, there were knats flying all over the place!!!! My key card kept having to be reset and when I went to the front desk to ask for the card to be reset the dude at the front desk was very rude!!

This property is simply for an overnight stay when you goal is to get from point A to point B. The room was respectable. Although I was in a non-smoking room, the area around my room still smelled like smoke. Breakfast was very basic (you get what you pay for). Overall the hotel was average, but I have paid for better!

**Avoid at All Costs – This Hotel Should Be Shut Down!** I usually trust Expedia when booking hotels, and with an overall rating of 6, I thought this place would be acceptable for a one-night stay. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews beforehand—biggest regret ever. This hotel is beyond dirty; it should be shut down for unsanitary conditions. I don't know how it is still open. The walls are stained, the bathroom is in terrible condition with grime and mold, and there are suspicious-looking splatters on the doors and trim. The ironing board is ripped apart, the chair is stained and has holes, and the coffee maker is covered in dust. The bathtub is disgusting, with a peeling, dirty surface, and there are questionable marks on the bathroom door and frame. The entire place feels neglected, filthy, and downright unsanitary. And that’s just the inside. The exterior is just as horrifying. The stairs are cracked and covered in peeling paint, the hallways are dirty with broken pavement, and the wall is falling apart. The whole building looks abandoned. A picture is worth a thousand words, and I have plenty to prove how awful this place is. Unfortunately, Expedia doesn’t allow me to upload photos. Do yourself a favor and **stay anywhere else.**

Please do not consider a stay at Ramada Lumberton

This Ramada in Lumberton NC needs a total remodel..the first room given to us had mold in the bathtub, the door frame was in desperate need of paint. There were stains on the walls, stains on the mattress protectors. The nightstand area was dusty, the floors looked dirty. We were given a 2nd room which was a little better but not by much. We stayed 1 and half days because of the conditions. The pictures I had seen were deceiving as well as the reviews. I was not impressed with this Ramada Wyndham and would not recommend it to anyone.

This place was awful. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. We checked in with 3 guests. The room only had towels for 2 guests. I went back to the front desk to ask for another set only to be denied. The desk clerk was rude and couldn't care less. Their so called breakfast consisted of microwavable eggs, cereals, toast, and coffee. The waffle maker was not working. There were 8 tables and a sign telling you not to bring anything back to your room. 2 different patrons were arguing with the front desk about the room conditions when we were leaving. I guess they weren't impressed either.
