When we checked in there was no water for the first 2,5 hours, so we were not able to even use the toilet. This was not shared during the check in, at reception they don't know 1 word in English, they were not even trying to, on top of that they were rude as hell. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was goos. Pool is nice, big parking also.

Resepsiyon saygısızlıkları

Resepsiyondaki bayan girer girmez çantalarımızı kontrol etti. Yiyecek sokmak yasak dedi. Bunu uyararak yapabilirdi. Sonrasında ödeme istedi, ödemenin hotels üzerinden yapılmış olmasına rağmen. Odaya geldiğimde buzdolabı yoktu. Bana boş odlarının olmadığını, zaten her oda d buzdolabı bulunmadığını söyledi. Çok saygısızdı. Müdürleri ile görüştüm, beyfendi otelin boş olduğunu istersek,başka oda verebileceğini söyledi. Açıkçası resepsiyondaki bir bayanın tavrı sizi geriyor ve tüm otelden soğutuyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem, resepsiyonda azar yemek istiyorum derseniz buyrun kalın.

Sigara içmeyen biri olarak odaya sinmiş yoğun bir sigara kokusu vardı. Bu başta odada kalan müşterilerin ayıbı tabiki. odada sivrisinek çoktu. Ben 13 tanesini öldürebildim ve çok geç uyuyabildim. Halen de kulağımda vızırdamalar vardı. Uykusuz bir gece geçirdik. Otelin konumu için aracınız yoksa sıkıntı. Burgazdan yaklaşık 10 km babeski istikametinde. Kahvaltı yeterli. Personeli iyi.

Otelin yeri şehrin biraz dışında ancak konaklamada herhangi bir sorun teşkil etmiyor bu durum. Etrafının açık alan olması güzel. 5yıldızlı bir otel konforu beklemeyin ama odalar geniş yatakları rahat, sıcak su sorunu yok. İnternet kullanmadım yorum yapamam. Resepsiyon kısmı oldukça sıkıntılı. Müdürüne ulaşabilirseniz yardımcı oluyor. Her ne kadar verdiğiniz puan ya da yorum olumsuzsa beklemediğiniz bir tepkiyle karşılaşabiliyoruz olsanız da yardımcı olmaya gayret ediyorlar. Bahçesindeki köpeği çok tatlı. Otelin hayvanlara da yaşam imkanı tanıdığını görmek güzel. Genel itibariyle resepsiyon harici bir sorun yaşamadık.

Eksikler var ama temiz ve yeni

Otel yeni tadilattan çıktığı için oldukça bakımlı ve temiz haldeydi. Ancak yeni açılması nedeniyle özellikle personel ve bazı başka eksikleri var. Örneğin ilave çocuk yatağı (beşik) ve mama sandalyesi yok. Ancak mevcut personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.
