Bewertungstitel: Gute Unterkunft für zwei Personen – Preis-Leistung stimmt Bewertung: Die Unterkunft war für zwei Personen gut geeignet: ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Balkon. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Matratze war recht hart und das Sofa leider nicht besonders bequem, aber für den Preis war es insgesamt absolut okay. Etwas kompliziert war die Anleitung zur Tiefgarage – da alles online lief und man niemanden vor Ort getroffen hat, könnten die Infos für manche etwas verwirrend sein. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden und können die Unterkunft für einen einfachen und praktischen Aufenthalt zu zweit weiterempfehlen.

Ausserlich top- innen enttäuschend

Leider doch einige sichtbare Mängel: Lavabo mit Riss, Lavaboschrank fällt fast auseinander, Schrauben fehlen, Bade-Fugen und Tür-Dichtungen kaputt, nur mobiles Klimagerät vorhanden (reicht aber nicht für ganzes Appartment), Wasserkocher und Duschbrause unappetitlich gelb-orange verfärbt, Türzarge beim Bad unten durch Wasserschaden sehr unschön aufgequollen, Schlafsofa nur bedingt BEQUEM durch schmalen Topper, Schlafzimmer-Steckdosen müssen zuerst gesucht werden. Reklamation der Hausverwaltung, keine Wäsche/Tücher auf dem Balkon zu trocknen- dies schade dem optischem Bild des Wohnkomplexes!! Aber leider hat es auch im Appartment keinen Platz dafür.. Leider nur ein Schlüssel zum Appartment und 4 Personen. Garage nicht für grössere Autos geeignet, da SEHR eng! Vorgängige Buchung und Check-In ein wenig kompliziert über 2 bis 3 diverse Plattformen. Aber grundsächlich auch Check-Out unkompliziert- doch keine deutschsprechende Kontakte. Lage top und ruhig, auch schnell im Zentrum oder am Strand.

Ho trascorso due notti in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati bene. A piedi si raggiunge parco ciani il lido di lugano e il centro. Ottima soluzione.

Ferientage in Lugano

Die wohnung war sauber und geräumig, das badezimmer war toll,vorallem gab es auch einen föhn.Die Dusche war super, leider wurden die dreckigen Handtücher vergessen. Am anfang hatten wir auch das gefühl das geraucht wurde. Ein tipp ,ein paar kleinere Töpfe und ein paar Eierbecher wären toll. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt gut. LEIDER hatten eir sehr störende nachbarn ,laute musik und geschnatter bis morgens um 1.30h.
