Good Hotel.

Very good hotel exceptional staff great location good room good chracter building rooms spotless nice old German chracter. Restaurants very close very near to railway station and taxi's in close proximity.

Zunächst einmal zum Positiven: - sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Eingebettet in der wunderschönen Altstadt Lüneburgs. - Für die Sicherheit der Hotelgäste wird bestens gesorgt (Kameraüberwachung Eingangsbereich, Zugang zum Hotel erhält nur wer im Besitz des Hotelschlüssels ist oder nach dem Klingeln vom Hotelempfang hereingelassen wird, Tür lässt sich nur mittels eines Knopfes und das Ziehen des Türgriffs öffnen) - Hotel ist fußläufig vom Bahnhof aus erreichbar - man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem vom Hotel aus erkunden - Das Zimmer in dem wir übernachteten war groß und geräumig - Das Hotelpersonal freundlich und bemüht. Und nun zu dem was uns weniger gut gefiel: - Wir bewohnten ein Dachgeschosszimmer freuten uns über ein Klimagerät im Raum, welches abends/nachts in Betrieb genommen aber leider nur leidlich kalte Luft verströmte/ extrem laut war. Die Lüftung im Bad war auch irgendwann aus. Beides machte auf uns einen reparierungsbedürftigen , alten Eindruck. - WLAN gab es keines obwohl es im Zimmer in einem Infoblatt angegeben wurde - Wir freuten uns beim Personal über die Badewanne mit der unser Bad ausgestattet war, das Personal freute sich sogar mit aber das Wasser war dort abgestellt als wir baden wollten (Warum sagt man das uns nicht einfach? ) - Ein Sofa das über und über mir Stockflecken besetzt war - Ein Außenrolladen ließ sich nicht bedienen weil dieser bis auf einen Faden zerschlissen war - Ein Wasserhahn der nur warmes Wasser abgab/schwacher Strahl

Centralt, reelt uden parkeringsmuligheder.

Ingen reception,- blev guidet via telefon - underlig oplevelse. Parkering 15 min. gang fra hotellet - burde være oplyst i annoncen. Super morgenmad - gode restauranter i nærheden. Vi mødte overhovedet ingen,- tjekkede ud ved at lægge nøglen i køkkenet…

Sehr schönes Fachwerkhaus mit einfach ausgestatteten praktischen Zimmern. Trotz zentraler Lage ist es angenehm ruhig. Auf Wunsch gibt es für kleines Geld ein gutes Frühstück. Sehr netter Empfang beim Einchecken, ich komme gerne wieder..

Place not secure, management not responsible

My suitcase handed for storage was left on the corridor rather than in a locked luggage room. Hotel was burgled, my suitcase stolen. Since 08.08. no response, apology or recompensation to my written complaints. So not recommended for security reasons and lack of care for guests.
