Nice house with garden in the old town - ideal for 2 people

We have the 400 year old house that has a Grade II listed gabled facade, acquired in the fall of 2013 and lovingly restored by the beginning of 2014 and refurbished. It now offers 60 bright square on 3 levels and a sunny little garden - a wonderful place to go on holiday to enjoy the city life and to feel undisturbed yet right in town.

Downstairs there is the clear hall, fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area at the window and access to the garden. Out here you can have breakfast in warm weather or end the evening with a glass of wine can be (comfortable garden furniture provided). From the hall you also arrives in a small bath with shower and toilet.
About a slightly curved staircase leads to the upper floor. Here is the living room with three large transom windows and a wooden floor. Our favorite place is the leather sofa. Here you can read, watch TV or simply rest. The living room is equipped with a well-stocked book and CD shelf, also with a music system, a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player.
About a steeper staircase leads to the second floor with a large dormer windows to the front and a smaller skylights. On carpets, we have omitted here, even here there is a beautiful old wooden floor. Double bed, mattress, bedding, accessories, etc. are - like the entire equipment of the house - absolutely new and high quality.

Lecker in Lübeck
Sehr schön - Lübeck ist immer eine Reise wert. Das Häuschen mit kleinem Gärtchen war sehr nett, allerdings ist es wohl eher nichts für Menschen mit Knieproblemen und Blasenschwäche, denn die Treppen sind sehr steil und die Toilette ganz unten. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Und nicht zu unterschätzen: der Parkplatz fast vor der Tür, auch für einen VW-Bus geeignet. Man kommt zwar gut mit dem Zug nach Lübeck (was wir auch vorhatten), aber nur wenn nicht gerade gestreikt wird. Dafür sind viele nette Restaurants in Laufweite; wir konnten in den 7 Tagen bei weitem nicht alle ausprobieren. Alles in allem: jederzeit wieder und empfehlenswert.

Lübeck im August
Das Haus hat eine ideale Lage in der Altstadt. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem sehr sauber. Was wir vermisst haben ist ein W-Lan Zugang. Total ruhige Lage. Insel Fehmarn, Insel Poel, etc. sind nach gut 1 Stunde Fahrtzeit zu erreichen. Eine Bootsfahrt auf der Trave ist ein Muss, genauso wie ein Ausflug nach Travemünde

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes historisches 3 Zimmer Haus auf 3 Etagen. Die steile Stiege zum Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach sollte man sich zutrauen. Sehr ruhig und zentrale Lage mitten in Lübeck.

Der Aufenthalt im Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns vorab Bestens auf die Ankunft vorbereitet. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. In dem kleinen Garten kann man ungestört auf der Terrasse den Abend verbringen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vielleicht waren wir mit über 60. Jahren und mit unseren körperlichen Baustellen zu alt für dieses Häuschen. Die Treppen bis in die 2. Etage hatte wir nicht so steil erwartet. Wer häufiger in der Nacht zur Toilette muss hat sehr achtsam hinabzusteigen, geht nur mit Taschenlampe, wenn man den Partner nicht stören möchte. Der kleine Garten ist wirklich fein und die Anreise wird durch den eigenen Parkplatz sehr erleichtert. Es war ein besonders Erlebnis in so einem alten Häuschen zu wohnen. Die Lage zur Altstadt war klasse.

Tolles kleines Haus, ideal für zwei, mit allem was man braucht. Trittsicher sollte man für beide Treppen sein, besonders zum Schlafzimmer. Die Lage lässt keine Möglichkeiten offen, man ist überall schnell zu Fuß oder nutzt den nahegelegenen ÖPNV. Ideal zum Entspannen, Füße hoch legen, Seele baumeln lassen.
