Great reception staff. Always helpful. The hotel is in a great location for walking to the Old Town. The hotel is always clean. My room was, perhaps, a bit basic but it was very clean, quiet and with a very comfortable bed. When I next come to Lübeck I will certainly stay at this hotel.

what must have a been a grand olde dame years ago has shifted to be a nice old hotel. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The parking situation was inconvenient and unusual bordering on confusing. The room itself was very large, but with mostly bare walls and unusual(?) furniture choices. Having said all that, we were pleased with our choice by the time we checked out! We were surprised to read on the website about the "enchanting" garden. It may have been enchanting once , but those days are gone. It's too bad the bar and restaurant are no longer in business.

Hotellrommet var som på bildene, men det var litt i kjøligste laget på rommet i mars måned og selv med radiatorene skrudd på maks ble det ikke mye varmere. Ut over dette trodde vi frokost var inkludert i prisen, så vi ble overrasket over at det kostet €20 per person per dag for frokost. Det var dyrere enn hva vi synes det var verdt. Ut over disse to tingene gav rom og hotell god verdi for pengene.
